Mama Circle is a designed time for moms to have the opportunity to connect with each other. This time is a formal opportunity to laugh about the daily struggles of motherhood, ask questions and share advice. This class is completely free of charge but a donation offering is gratefully accepted to be able to donate to our charity of the quarter.
Suitable for all trimesters, with or without previous yoga experience. Linking yoga postures with the breath will help you to bring awareness to the mind, body and the life you are nourishing and nurturing inside. Prenatal yoga will allow you strengthen the pelvic muscles, improve circulation to reduce swelling, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort while preparing you mentally for labor and delivery. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, you are currently experiencing.
Prenatal slow flow
Suitable for all trimesters, with or without previous yoga experience. Connecting movement to breath is a great method to prepare for your birth. Comprised of a gentle yoga sequence to observe your breath during periods of rest and during periods of challenge – truly connecting with the being inside. A slower version of Bellies + Babies signature Prenatal Yoga classes.
Mom + baby
Suitable for all moms and babies from newborn up are welcome, with or without previous yoga experience. This Mom + Baby class is so much more than cute cuddly time, it is a great way to reconnect with your body while enjoying time with your baby. We offer an understanding community of new moms where crying babies are just as cute. While you strengthen and tone, your baby will strengthen motor skills right before your very eyes. We suggest you bringing blanket to lay on your mat for your little one.
