We've designed a yoga studio just for pregnant women. We keep class sizes small and intimate so both advanced and beginner yogis can get the attention they deserve. We also have several classes for you to choose from so you can practice throughout the week!

Suitable for all moms and babies from newborn up are welcome, with or without  previous yoga experience. This class is a great way to reconnect with your body while  enjoying time with your baby. We offer an understanding community of new moms  where crying babies are just as cute. While you strengthen and tone, your baby will  strengthen motor skills right before your very eyes. We suggest you bringing blanket to  lay on your mat for your little one.

Suitable for all moms and babies from newborn up are welcome, with or without

Prenatal yoga will allow you strengthen the pelvic muscles, improve circulation  to reduce swelling, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort while preparing you mentally  for labor and delivery. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any issues, from  discomforts and concerns, you are currently experiencing..
