Nicole Luu, prenatal yoga instructor, welcomes you to join her in learning techniques that promote optimal fetal positioning.  We will cover techniques such as Rebozo Sifting, Forward Leaning Inversion, Standing Sacral Release, and Sidelying Release. We will discuss what each technique is intended for and how to do them correctly.

She has served in a variety of settings offering maternal and pediatric nutrition counseling, lactation consulting, education and support services. She has also provided professional training and presentations and has spoken locally and nationally for many groups and organizations on a variety of topics addressing adult and pediatric nutrition, lactation, and disparities in health.

As a Mama or a Mama-to-be, we are full of emotions while we juggle the whirlwind of our daily lives. It's important to take time for ourselves and find a way to be both creative and expressive. Art journaling provides the opportunity to relax, release, create, and share what's going on in a fun and visual way.

Brooke Gibbons will guide you in developing the practice of keeping a regular art journal. No previous skill is needed and all supplies are included, including the journal! We'll do some prompts, get comfortable with collage art techniques and start filling our books in no time! The great thing about keeping an art journal is that you can work on it whenever the mood strikes you, and you don't have to worry about rushing to finish it! It's your private book!

What to bring: Nothing! Brooke will provide a journal for you to take, along with some fun supplies like vintage magazines, pretty patterned paper, washi tape and more!

This meditation is intended for women who are 38+ weeks along in their pregnancy. At this point in the pregnancy journey, most women are tired/anxious and just overall ready to meet their baby. This time spent together will be about releasing fears around giving birth and encouraging your baby to take the next step in their Journey of life through visualizations and thoughts. Come open-hearted to release and connect with your unborn baby in love and light.

Bring soft blankets and pillows that will help you be comfortable on the floor, feel free to bring your journal or your favorite infant toy you have received to date.

Our hope is that when you leave this time you will feel confident in your body, the process and your baby feels even more loved, secured and supported as they enter this new phase.

Come learn all about chocolate. We'll talk about where chocolate comes from, how it's made and what makes a quality product.

We will taste though 10 varied samples, from the grocery store and craft chocolatiers, from European producers and American manufacturers, dark chocolate, milk chocolate and dark milk chocolate - all to figure out what YOU like in a chocolate bar.

We will wrap up by discussing how to read labels and packaging (what does that % mean anyway...) so you can feel confident branching out as you discover new chocolate on your own.
