Her goal is to provide simple and achievable ways to help your baby meet their developmental milestones. Through this workshop she will help parents implement strategies to minimize head shape flatness as well as assist with creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for your baby.
Brenda Gajowski, PT, DPT, owner of She Thrives Physical Therapy and Wellness, who specializes in prenatal and postpartum health. Brenda recognizes that moms are the cornerstone to a family's well-being which is why her passion lies in helping women reconnect their bodies to promote optimal healing and a return to effective, pain-free and leak-free activity. In this workshop, she will cover simple strategies for restoring breath patterns, alignment and deep core engagement.
Morgan Griffith, owner of Sleep Pea, a local infant and toddler sleep consultancy, serving families nationwide. Morgan's mission – and passion – is to empower families to understand and respond to their child's sleep needs over day, weeks, months and years. Recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to the hotly-contested topic of healthy sleep, Morgan will debunk various myths associated with sleep teaching as well as how to avoid common pitfalls associated with infant and toddler sleep.
