Mindfulness is non-judgmental, intentional awareness of the present moment. It's been found to decrease stress, anxiety, depression, and even help with chronic pain. Combine that with the mood-lifting properties of playing in dirt and this workshop is sure to help you leave feeling less stressed, happier, and more uplifted than when you came!

The workshop with Christie Simons of Rylee's Roots will include a discussion about mindfulness and how to incorporate it into your daily life plus a short guided mindfulness meditation. You'll then learn a little about succulents, how to care for them, and [mindfully] make a succulent creation of your own to take home!

Cost: $40 (includes supplies for one creation)

Manifesting Masterclass with Jess Bubbico

What do you want? I mean what do you really want? It’s often easy to answer this question with a surface level answer such as “more money” “more time” or “less stress.” But on a deeper level, what do you desire? What would a life of more ease, joy, and flow look like and feel like for you?

Discover how to align with your true desires and your soul purpose to manifest the life you desire to live through the Manifesting Masterclass. This class is not aimed at teaching you how to create just one thing that you desire in your life or how to reach just one goal or outcome, but rather to teach you how to intentionally create your reality from moment to moment, day by day.

Throughout this class, learn how to live a life of greater purpose that feels really good for you. Move through blocks that have been holding you back from living the life that you want to live and transform the emotions and feelings that tell you that you ‘can’t’ live the life you want to live. Develop a deeper connection with your intuition and understand how she speaks to you throughout your day.

Class One: Create Your Vision For Your Life By Aligning with Your Intuition & Desires

Class Two: Transform Your Emotions To Work With Fear, Doubt, and Worry… Instead of Against It

Class Three: Manifest with Momentum on a Daily Basis to Live an Unstoppable Life.

If you’re ready to live a life of greater purpose and reconnect with who you truly are on a soul level, then join this amazing group of women for a journey into energy, manifesting, and flow. To register, email livingjoyfulwithjess@gmail.com with the subject line "Manifesting Masterclass."

**Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and a journal as we will be moving through different meditations and activities throughout the class.**

Cost for the class: $149

Transformation Tuesday with Meliea Black

Transformation Tuesday with Meliea Black

Transformation Tuesday is a monthly seminar held by Meliea Black and hosted by Bellies and Babies, Charlotte.

The topic for February will be:

Embracing Love to Release Fear and Anxiety: Understanding how to connect to our highest and deepest love to help us move through anxiety and fear in our daily lives.

Do you find yourself overwhelmed with worry and fear about your life, the lives of your children, our country, our world? Does that overwhelm paralyze you when trying to make good decisions for yourself and for your family? Do you find yourself overthinking, over-researching, over analyzing and over-exhausted trying to gather the right information?

How can we know we are making the right choices? Is there any way to feel some security in the midst of such uncertainty and confusion?

In this workshop, Meliea will discuss the transformational power of connecting to the love that already exists in you and in the world around you. Connecting to love can help us manage our fears and insecurities and feel more confident in our personal choices.

Connect to love…what does that even mean? How can it be that simple? Is it simple?

The following topics will be discussed:

*How we become disconnected from love
*How that disconnect drives our heart and mind
*What does connecting to love mean?
*What does self-love mean?
*Tools and helps for re-connecting to love and releasing fear
*Navigating your new love connected life

Our time together will include:

*45 minutes of coaching/teaching
*10-15 minutes of journaling/lifework(workbook and journal pages provided)
*20-30 minutes of sharing/group coaching
*closing meditation to activate and solidify the work we have done

Transformation Tuesday is a community experience to help you connect with other women who are ready to release old habits and emotions that are not serving them and move into living a more mindful and intentional life. You are not required to share in the group and sharing will be subject to time.

You may receive a refund up to 24 hours prior to the event. After that timeframe you may transfer your ticket to someone else, or donate your ticket to a scholarship recipient.

To be placed on the scholarship waiting list, please email info@intentionseekers.com with “Transformation Tuesday Scholarship Request” in the headline. Your name will remain confidential.

The Postpartum Puzzle: Piecing It All Together

The Postpartum Puzzle: Piecing It All Together

Whether you are an expectant, new or seasoned parent, the maze of motherhood - for all its miracle and beauty - has the potential to be a wild and sometimes disorienting ride. Our instincts often tell us what needs to get done, but the world we live in - full of information and noise - frequently leaves us distracted, confused and full of second-guesses.

We invite you to spend an hour piecing together the postpartum puzzle by clearing the clutter and getting back to basics. During an informal and interactive session three local experts will help identify common, yet preventable and very fixable, post-partum issues. Leading this judgment-free workshop will be:

Jennifer Dicicco, PT, DPT, who has spent her career dedicated to supporting normal physical development of infants and toddlers.  Her goal is to provide simple and achievable ways to help your baby meet their developmental milestones.  Through this workshop she will help parents implement strategies to minimize head shape flatness as well as assist with creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for your baby.

Brenda Gajowski, PT, DPT, owner of She Thrives Physical Therapy and Wellness, who specializes in prenatal and postpartum health. Brenda recognizes that moms are the cornerstone to a family's well-being which is why her passion lies in helping women reconnect their bodies to promote optimal healing and a return to effective, pain-free and leak-free activity. In this workshop, she will cover simple strategies for restoring breath patterns, alignment and deep core engagement.

Morgan Griffith, owner of Sleep Pea, a local infant and toddler sleep consultancy, serving families nationwide. Morgan's mission – and passion – is to empower families to understand and respond to their child's sleep needs over day, weeks, months and years. Recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to the hotly-contested topic of healthy sleep, Morgan will debunk various myths associated with sleep teaching as well as how to avoid common pitfalls associated with infant and toddler sleep.

Knowing what to expect in your postpartum journey as well as how to respond and when to take action can be instrumental in replacing anxiety and stress with confidence, peace and joy. We look forward to seeing you and helping you plan for this very special time in your life.
