Get to Your Happy Healthy Weight while Breastfeeding

Congratulations! Your beautiful baby is here. Now is the perfect time to make sure you're fueling your baby and yourself with nutrients to thrive on, to get back to looking and feeling like your best self, and make it work with your new lifestyle.

In this workshop, we'll go over common mistakes people make when trying to lose weight and eat healthier so you can avoid them and streamline, why dieting/restriction-based approaches don't stick and what to do instead, how to get to your happy healthy weight while building sustainable habits and maintaining your milk supply –  no restriction or deprivation required, the best way to control eating habits – without willpower, and how to naturally silence your cravings.

Instructor: Samantha Eaton

Samantha Eaton is a Certified Nutritional Health Coach and Eating Psychology Coach who helps stressed-out women end their struggles with food, stop hating their body, and step into the happier, healthier life they deserve. She does this by helping them create a healthier “normal” relationship with food and their body, and start thinking, eating and living in a way that serves her best self. Her unique, anti-diet approach gives you the motivation, accountability, and tools you need to overcome the overwhelm, clear up the confusion, and build healthy eating and lifestyle habits that last.

Cost: $15

Advanced registration required. Please note, class will be cancelled if there is less than 4 people registered 12 hours prior to class start time.
